Catalog listings are invitations to inquire or, where a price is shown, to purchase that line as described. Quote-only items are not offers. Condition codes (NE, NS, OH, SV, AR) describe the line as currently understood; final acceptance may depend on inspection and trace documents.

MRO ERP subscriptions are billed by Stripe on the published interval. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not delete shop data until you request an export/closeout. Rentech may refuse or reverse a transaction if a part is no longer available or if export / quality constraints apply.

This website is not the MRO ERP application itself. Access to production ERP tenants is provisioned after a paid or contracted subscription.
